Start with excitement
Starting on the Kolli Hills Resort project, we faced challenges in the picturesque landscape. Spanning seven acres, we strategically planned construction in stages, beginning with a block and reception on the initial 3 to 4 acres to anticipate potential infrastructure changes.
Creating a unique identity
The project’s standout feature was its innovative open reception and dining areas, a departure from conventional room setups. This design allows guests to immerse themselves in nature throughout their stay. This distinctive feature establishes the overall ambiance of the resort, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding environment.
Moving beyond the reception, the project involved careful planning to accommodate ten rooms in a single building amidst uneven terrain. Despite the challenges posed by the hilly location, the commitment to creating a spacious and open atmosphere influenced the overall resort design, extending from the entrance to the dining area. The resulting resort seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings, showcasing a thoughtful fusion of design and creativity.
A wide open memory
The project involved thoughtful planning to fit rooms into a structure on uneven ground. The focus was on providing various options for guests.
Families wanting a shared experience could book an apartment, while individuals or small groups could pick rooms separately. Also, people with a large population can accommodate a whole block. The goal was to attract a diverse range of guests and offer a personalized experience for everyone visiting Kolli Hills.
Tearing typicals apart
We see each room as a unique space, providing guests with their own private retreat in a beautiful setting. Emphasizing a sense of openness, we have created a spacious 10-foot corridor adorned with seating areas that overlook nature. This area serves as a welcoming space for guests to relax, connect with the natural surroundings, and enjoy the scenic views. Our goal is to establish a special connection between guests and the environment, moving away from traditional hotel experiences. Prioritizing openness and personalized spaces, we provided guests with the flexibility to tailor their Kolli Hills adventure to each block of rooms.
Spotting a special place
We wanted to make Kolli Hills Resort even more charming, so we planned to add a clubhouse by the river. With the thought that it would be a great spot for evening events like campfires and dinners. The clubhouse’s design, combined with its location near the river, promised to create a magical atmosphere. We hope it would become a popular place for people to gather and create lasting memories.

In wrapping up the story of the Kolli Hills Resort project, it’s clear that our journey went beyond simply building a place for guests. Since the beginning of the project, our focus on openness, personalized spaces, and flexible amenities has created a unique getaway in the stunning surroundings of Kolli Hills.
